Prints

All our designs are printed locally using lightfast inks on beautiful FSC certified premium art paper which has a contemporary uncoated matt finish. All prints are sold unframed.

Colour

We have taken care to ensure all imagery on our website accurately represents the colours and quality of each print. However, as computer monitors vary in the way in which they display images, we cannot guarantee that the print will match exactly as it is shown on your screen - we hope that it will exceed your expectations.

Mounting 

All our prints come unframed. The 50 x 70cm and 30 x 40cm prints are sold without a mount and the 30 x 30cm prints come either with or without an ice white luxury deep-bevel single mount.

Packaging

To ensure that your prints arrive in pristine condition, we have carefully sourced packaging cases to fit all our prints. Large prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in robust cardboard tubes. Small mounted prints are protected with a cellophane sleeve and sent in a specially fitted cardboard packaging case.

Delivery

Following receipt of your order, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving all orders and, if possible, the same working day. Personalised orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.
After dispatch within the UK, orders sent first class should arrive the following working day. Second class within 2-3 working days. Express orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to arrive the following working day or Saturday where that delivery option has been selected.  
Please allow 2-5 working days for orders to arrive in Europe, 5-10 working days for orders to arrive in the USA, Asia and Australasia, and 5-14 days in the rest of the world. 
It is rare that a product is out of stock but, if so, delivery will take a little longer. We will inform you immediately by email if this is the case.

UK deliveries

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or an alternative reliable courier company.

International deliveries 

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail or an alternative reliable courier company.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and reliable payment process provider. All major debit and credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express). Payment is also accepted via Apple Pay on a supported device and through PayPal and Shop Pay. You will receive an email confirming your transaction after you have placed your order online. You will also receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
