All our prints are giclée printed on archival fine art paper, which is FSC certified. They are printed using 12 pigment inks, which produces the highest quality of fine art print. A5, A4 and A3 sizes are printed on 310gsm archival smooth, matt 100% cotton rag art paper. A2 and 50x70cm sizes are printed on 220gsm archival smooth, matt 100% cotton rag art paper. All prints are sold unframed.

We have taken care to ensure all imagery on our website accurately represents the colours and quality of each print. However, as computer monitors vary in the way in which they display images, we cannot guarantee that the print will match exactly as it is shown on your screen - we hope that it will exceed your expectations!

To ensure that your prints arrive in pristine condition, we have carefully sourced eco-friendly packaging cases to fit all our prints. A5, A4 and A3 prints are protected in clear compostable cello bags, wrapped in FSC-certified, acid-free tissue paper printed with soy-based inks and sent flat in plastic-free, climate neutral and fully recyclable board envelopes. A2 and 50x70cm prints are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in robust, fully recyclable cardboard tubes. These tubes currently have recyclable plastic cap ends but we will be switching to completely plastic-free tubes once our existing supplies have been used.

Following receipt of your order, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving all orders and, if possible, the same working day. Personalised orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

After dispatch within the UK, orders sent first class should arrive the following working day. Second class within 2-3 working days. Express orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to arrive the following working day or Saturday where that delivery option has been selected.  

It is rare that a product is out of stock but, if so, delivery will take a little longer. We will inform you immediately by email if this is the case.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify. All major debit and credit cards are accepted (including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express). Payment is also accepted via Apple Pay on a supported device and through PayPal and Shop Pay. You will receive an email confirming your transaction after you have placed your order online. You will also receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
