Delivery & Returns
We know that when you order something it is nice to receive it as soon as possible so we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving all orders and, if possible, the same working day. Personalised orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.
We send all orders via Royal Mail. UK delivery charges are as follows:
Cards, A4 & A5 prints are sent 2nd class
(2-3 working day delivery) -
A3, A2, 50x70cm, books are sent 2nd class
(2-3 day working day delivery) -
Express Next Day Delivery
(order by 1pm Monday-Thursday) -
Express Saturday Delivery
(order by 1pm Friday) -
International delivery charges are as follows:
EU - £10
Rest of World - £15
Please allow 2-5 working days for orders to arrive in Europe, 5-10 working days for orders to arrive in the USA, Asia and Australasia, and 5-14 days in the rest of the world.
We hope that you love your print. However, if for whatever reason you are not happy or you simply change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for non-personalised prints. We just ask you to notify us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and post it back to us in its original condition and packaging. Please include in your email a reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If your new choice costs more than your original purchase, you will need to pay us the difference. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for personalised prints.
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives and is damaged or there is a fault, please email us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us in the condition you received it in its original packaging. Once the item has been received, inspected and accepted as damaged or faulty, a replacement will be sent out.
If returning an item, we advise you use a tracked service and retain proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
In the case of damaged or faulty goods, we will refund you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of undamaged, non-faulty goods, we will refund you for the cost of the product only.
