We have taken care to ensure all imagery on our website accurately represents the colours and quality of each print. However, as computer monitors vary in the way in which they display images, we cannot guarantee that the print will match exactly as it is shown on your screen - we hope that it will exceed your expectations.

Payments are processed through Shopify. All major debit and credit cards are accepted (including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express). Payment is also accepted via Apple Pay on a supported device and through PayPal and Shop Pay. You will receive an email confirming your transaction after you have placed your order online. You will also receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. 

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Credit and debit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit and debit card provider. If your bank account is based outside of the UK, please note that you may be charged foreign transaction fees by your bank.

We check carefully to ensure that the prices shown on our website are correct. However, data entry errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being displayed. In such cases Little Blue Zebra is not liable to sell you the product(s) at that price. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please check with us and we will verify it for you.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Following receipt of your order, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving all orders and, if possible, the same working day. Personalised orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. 

It is rare that a product is out of stock but, if so, delivery will take a little longer. We will inform you immediately by email if this is the case.

Your order will be sent first class by Royal Mail or an alternative trusted courier company.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and/or taxes. Customers are responsible for covering these costs.

To ensure that your prints arrive in pristine condition, we have carefully sourced eco-friendly packaging cases to fit all our prints. A5, A4 and A3 prints are protected in clear compostable cello bags, wrapped in FSC-certified, acid-free tissue paper printed with soy-based inks and sent flat in plastic-free, climate neutral and fully recyclable board envelopes. A2 and 50x70cm prints are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in robust, fully recyclable cardboard tubes. These tubes currently have recyclable plastic cap ends but we will be switching to completely plastic-free tubes once our existing supplies have been used.

When you place an order, we will require some information from you in order to process your order, send you your goods and let you know of any problems. The following information is required: your name, address, telephone number, email address and your credit/debit card details. Your credit card details will not be stored in our system and all the information you give will be treated as private and confidential.

By subscribing to our newsletter, we may periodically send promotional emails about new Little Blue Zebra products, special offers or other information, which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

Where our website contains links to other websites, Little Blue Zebra does not have any control over those other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Little Blue Zebra's total liability for any claim arising out of any order shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer plus any postage costs incurred.
