We have taken care to ensure all imagery on our website accurately represents the colours and quality of each print. However, as computer monitors vary in the way in which they display images, we cannot guarantee that the print will match exactly as it is shown on your screen - we hope that it will exceed your expectations.
Payments are processed through WorldPay, a secure and reliable payment process provider. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. You will receive an email confirming your transaction after you have placed your order online.
If you would like to pay by cheque instead, please email your order to email@example.com. Cheques should be made payable to Little Blue Zebra Ltd and sent to Little Blue Zebra Ltd, 26 Court Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 8ED, U.K. Your order will be processed as soon as your cheque has cleared in our account.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Exchange rates are an estimate only, based on the latest figures. Credit and debit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit and debit card provider. If you are paying in a currency other than those listed on the website (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUSD, NZD), please select one of the listed currencies, which will then be converted into your currency. This will be subject to a currency conversion fee.
We check carefully to ensure that the prices shown on our website are correct. However, data entry errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being displayed. In such cases Little Blue Zebra is not liable to sell you the product(s) at that price. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please check with us and we will verify it for you.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Following receipt of your order, we aim to despatch the following working day, but within 1-2 working days. Where a print is in stock, please allow 1-3 working days from day of despatch for delivery in the UK. For delivery in Europe and the rest of the world, please allow up to 10 working days.
It is rare that a product is out of stock but, if so, delivery will take a little longer. We will inform you immediately by email if this is the case.
Your order will be sent first class by Royal Mail or an alternative trusted courier company.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and/or taxes. Customers are responsible for covering these costs.
To ensure your prints arrive in pristine condition, all our prints are packaged in specially fitted packaging cases.
Unframed large prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a robust cardboard tube.
Unframed mounted small prints are protected with a cellophane sleeve and sent in a specially fitted cardboard packaging case.
We hope that you love your print. However, if for whatever reason you are not happy or you simply change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. We just ask you to return the item within 7 days of receiving the goods and in its original condition and packaging. Please include a note stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If your new choice costs more than your original purchase, you will need to pay us the difference. Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives and is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you right away. To help us try and recover our costs from the carrier, we would be grateful if you could note the fact that a parcel is damaged on the delivery note before you open the package to examine its contents. If you are unable to open the damaged parcel in the presence of the carrier, please sign for it as 'damaged package/goods not examined' or something similar. Please contact us by email or telephone with as much detail as possible so that we can send you replacement goods and follow up with the carriers. Please do not return damaged goods unless we request you to do so as this may result in unnecessary additional costs.
