Prints

Each giclee print is printed locally with fade-resistant archival inks on 300gsm Natural White Hahnemuhle paper made from 75% bagasse fibre and 25% recycled cotton fibre. Renewable energy is used to produce the paper. The small prints measure 30cm x 30cm (11.8" x 11.8"). The large prints measure 50cm x 70cm (19.7" x 27.6").

Colour

We have taken care to ensure all imagery on our website accurately represents the colours and quality of each print. However, as computer monitors vary in the way in which they display images, we cannot guarantee that the print will match exactly as it is shown on your screen - we hope that it will exceed your expectations.

Framing

Each print is available framed or unframed. All frames are white, 18mm wide bevel shaped, made from real ayous wood with a stain finish and contain acrylic glazing. The large prints are sold without a mount and the small prints come with an iced white luxury deep-bevel single mount.

Packaging

To ensure that your prints arrive in pristine condition, we have carefully sourced packaging cases to fit all our prints whether they are framed or unframed.

Framed prints are protected with cardboard corner protectors, wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a specially fitted robust cardboard packaging case.

Unframed large prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in robust cardboard tubes.

Unframed, mounted small prints are protected with a cellophane sleeve and sent in a specially fitted cardboard packaging case.

Delivery

We aim to despatch within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order. Where a print is in stock, please allow 4-6 working days for delivery in the UK. For delivery in Europe and the rest of the world, please allow up to 10 working days.

It is rare that a product is out of stock but, if so, delivery will take a little longer. We will inform you immediately by email if this is the case.

UK deliveries

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked services. This ensures that we know where your order is, from despatch to its safe arrival in your hands. A signature will be required when you receive your parcel. Since we understand that you will not always be at home to collect your delivery, you can specify an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

International deliveries

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail or an alternative reliable courier company. A signature will be required when you receive your parcel. Since we understand that you will not always be at home to collect your delivery, you can specify an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

Payment

Payments are processed through WorldPay, a secure and reliable payment process provider. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. You will receive an email confirming your transaction after you have placed your order online.
